1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry specific meanings:

• "We", "Us", "Our" — Khwamru Lab, operating from 18 Sathorn Road, Thung Maha Mek, Bangkok 10120, Thailand.
• "Service" — any course, mentorship track, resource, or support offered through our website or by our team.
• "User", "You" — any individual accessing our website or enrolled in one of our courses.
• "Content" — all course materials, videos, exercises, written resources, and communications produced by Khwamru Lab.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or enrol in any course.

3. Service Description

Khwamru Lab offers online educational courses and a mentor-led track focused on AI development. Our current offerings are:

• Statistics for Machine Learning — approximately seven weeks part-time, priced at ฿4,300.
• Modern Language Models — approximately nine weeks part-time, priced at ฿10,700.
• Applied AI Mentorship Track — approximately four months part-time, priced at ฿17,100.

Course availability, scheduling, and content may be updated from time to time. We aim to provide notice of significant changes to enrolled learners in advance.

4. Enrolment and Access

To access course materials, you must complete enrolment and payment. Upon confirmation, you will receive instructions to access the relevant materials and schedule.

Access to course content is granted for the duration of the course plus a reasonable review period (typically 60 days after the formal end date). Extended access may be available on request.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any login credentials we issue. Do not share access with others.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Engage with materials and mentor guidance in good faith and with intellectual honesty.
• Treat other learners and mentors with courtesy and respect.
• Not reproduce or share course content without written permission from Khwamru Lab.
• Not use course content or acquired knowledge in ways that are unlawful or harmful.
• Provide accurate information during enrolment and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend access for conduct that disrupts the learning environment or violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, exercises, documentation, and written content produced by Khwamru Lab are the intellectual property of Khwamru Lab and are protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own learning purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or publish course content without written consent.
• Use course materials to train other AI systems or resell them in any form.
• Remove any attribution or copyright notices from materials.

Work you produce during a course — such as projects, code, or portfolio pieces — remains your own intellectual property.

7. Payment and Refunds

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is required in full before access to course materials is granted.

Refund policy:

• A full refund is available if you request it within seven days of enrolment and before accessing any course materials.
• After accessing course materials, a partial refund of 50% is available within 14 days of enrolment.
• No refund is available after 14 days of enrolment.

Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected]. We process approved refunds within 10 business days.

8. Course-Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply to our educational services:

• Academic integrity — all submitted work must be your own. Plagiarism or misrepresentation of work will result in removal from the course without refund.
• Mentor sessions — scheduled sessions that are missed without at least 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled.
• Portfolio pieces — produced as part of the Applied AI Mentorship Track are your own to use, subject to your agreement not to misattribute them as Khwamru Lab's own original work.
• No completion assurance — we do not make assurances about completion timelines. Learning pace varies by individual, and we support rather than prescribe your journey.

9. Disclaimers

Our courses are provided in good faith, with care and attention to quality. However:

• We do not make assurances about specific outcomes, employment, or career advancement as a result of completing a course.
• Course content reflects the state of the field at the time of creation and may not represent the most recent developments.
• The website and course materials are provided "as available" without warranty of any kind.
• We are not a licensed professional advisory body. Nothing in our courses constitutes legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Khwamru Lab shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
• Loss of data or course progress due to technical failures outside our reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you based on course content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course to which the claim relates.

11. Termination

Either party may end the relationship under these terms:

• By you — by stopping use of our services. Refund eligibility depends on the terms in Section 7.
• By us — we may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with notice where possible.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
